1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lotus Blessing website (“the Platform”) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “You”) and Lotus Blessing (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Important: Our services are entirely virtual/digital. No physical items are ever shipped or delivered. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this.
2. Description of Services
Lotus Blessing provides the following digital blessing services:
- Protection Blessing: a virtual blessing ceremony performed by our team, accompanied by a digital amulet and e-certificate.
- Prosperity Blessing: a virtual wealth-attraction blessing ceremony with a digital certificate of completion.
- Ancestor Remembrance: a virtual memorial ceremony with a digital certificate and personalised remembrance page.
Key characteristics of all our services:
- Entirely virtual: all services are conducted as digital ceremonies. No physical items are produced, shipped, or delivered.
- Digital deliverables: upon completion, you will receive digital certificates, e-amulets or similar digital artifacts via email.
- No physical inventory: we do not manufacture, store, or ship any tangible goods.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payments
a. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order will be honoured. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time for new orders.
b. Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the designated payment method. All payment transactions are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store full credit card details or banking information on our servers.
c. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The order will then be queued for processing by our blessing team. Digital deliverables will be made available within the stated processing time.
4. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy
Because all of our services are virtual/digital and involve the performance of ceremonial blessings immediately upon order placement, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.
By placing an order on Lotus Blessing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All services are virtual and non-tangible — there are no physical goods to return.
- The blessing ceremony process begins shortly after order confirmation, making cancellations impractical.
- You waive any right to chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations after payment has been processed.
- In the extremely rare event of a technical error resulting in duplicate charges or an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will review and address the issue on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Note for EU Customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium and where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your cancellation right. By placing an order, you provide this consent and acknowledge this waiver.
5. Order Processing & Delivery

“Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong SAR. Processing times are estimates and may vary based on ceremonial scheduling.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital certificates, talisman designs, and software, is the property of Lotus Blessing or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Digital certificates issued to you are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
- Lotus Blessing, the Lotus logo, and all related names and designs are trademarks of Lotus Blessing.
7. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a user of Lotus Blessing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Use the services for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit our systems
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of our systems
- Reverse engineering any aspect of our platform
- Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without authorisation
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the results of blessing ceremonies. Blessing services are offered as spiritual and cultural practices and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lotus Blessing, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
